That’s why I came up with this recipe for homemade Keto Snickers Bites, using just 4 ingredients. Keto Snickers are a yummy dessert that you can make without baking.
Also, no caramel needed in this keto dessert. We are avoiding sugar when possible , and now it definitely is 😉

- Shape small portions into desired forms (squares, bars, or disks) on parchment paper-lined tray and freeze for at least 20 minutes.

- Coat, both sides, the frozen peanut butter bites with melted chocolate, freeze again for 5-10 minutes, rotate, coat again, and freeze until firm. Serve and store as desired.

Ingredients
3 generous spoonfuls of peanut butter,
3 spoonfuls of whole walnuts (almonds can be used as a substitute),
100g (2/3 cup) of chocolate suitable for keto diet
3-4 spoons of heavy cream
Directions
- First, grind the whole walnuts finely, using a food processor.
- Then, combine the ground walnuts with the peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.
- Shape the Snickers Bites:Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet or tray.
- Place small portions of the nut butter mixture onto parchment paper using a damp spoon.
- Use the back of the spoon to flatten and shape them into the desired thickness. You can shape them into small squares or squares that look like Snickers bars. Or like me in shape of a disks.
- Place the tray in the freezer and leave filling to solidify for at least 20 minutes, or until they are firm.
- In a microwaveable bowl, combine chocolate and heavy cream.
- To melt the chocolate, you can either use a microwave or a double boiler.
Below are tips for each method:
– Microwave: Place the chocolate into a microwave-safe dish and microwave in 20-second. Whisk the chocolate every 20 seconds until smooth and melted.
– To make a double boiler, pour water into a small saucepan. Place a heat-resistant bowl on top. Ensure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate by stirring it in a bowl. - Next, take the frozen peanut butter bites out from the freezer.
- Ensure that each bite is fully coated with melted chocolate, before placing them back in the freezer.
- Freeze them again.
- Place the tray back in the freezer and let the chocolate solidify for approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Rotate the snickers on other side, and coat them again with chockolate.
- Then put them back in the freezer for another hardening phase.
- After freezing, serve and store as desired.
