  • 250 grams (about 8.8 ounces) of cottage cheese (also known as curd cheese or farmer’s cheese)

  • Approximately 200 grams (about 7 ounces) of wild garlic, finely chopped

  • 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream

  • Salt to taste

  • Begin by washing wild garlic leaves(ramsons). Finely chop them.
  • Combine Cottage Cheese and Wild Garlic in a mixing bowl.
