This quick and easy crepe recipe filled with cheese, combines the flavors of spinach, mushrooms, and cheese in a delicious crêpe.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Wash the spinach and mushrooms. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Chop the mushrooms.
  • Heat a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until cooked
  • Chop the cooked spinach and mix with the mushrooms and cheese. Add the cheese while it is still warm so that it melts slightly.
  • Fill the pancakes with this mixture. Roll or fold into triangles.
  • If you like, you can lightly fry the pancakes in a frying pan to further combine the ingredients.
  • Serve the stuffed pancakes with a seasonal salad.
